Terms of Service

What comes with digital art order?
- You will receive a high resolution artwork made in digital medium.
- I will provide you with a concept sketch for acceptance before issuing an invoice.
- I will keep you informed about the progress of the piece.
- I will make small changes in the piece free of charge (small tweaks, colour updates, light, etc).
- Turnaround time: 2 weeks to 3 months.What's NOT included in the order?
- You will NOT receive commercial rights to the artwork. The final product is for personal use only and the artist retains full copyright over all commissioned works.
- You will NOT receive the PSD filed, unless agreed otherwise.
- You will NOT receive major revisions (e.g., complete pose changes, redesigns). This kind of changes may incur additional fees._{Personal use includes: sharing online with credit to the Artist, printing for personal display, using as profile pictures, etc.
Commercial use includes: merchandise, monetized content, book covers, advertising and requires a separate license and additional fee.}Terms and Conditions
1. Clients are responsible for reviewing the Terms before placing a commission.
2. All payments should be made by PayPal after my acceptance of your commission order. Other payments will be assumed as a tip and will not be refundable under the rules specified below.
3. Additional fees may apply for complex characters. You will be informed about them before I start the order.
4. If I don't meet the turnaround deadline you are eligible for a full refund.
5. I will not issue a refund if you don't like the final piece. Inform me about any requests for change as early in the process as possible and this way we can agree on a satisfactory changes or partial refund.
6. The Artist may display commissioned works in portfolios, social media, or promotional material unless the Client has requested otherwise.
7. The Client may not remove the Artist’s watermark/signature, claim the artwork as their own or use the artwork in AI datasets, NFT projects, or other resale platforms without explicit permission.
8. I reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.Contact
